Select either:

• Agency Method   -  Major subtrades and suppliers are contracted to you
• Non-Agency Method  -  Major subtrades and suppliers are contracted to The McDonnel Group

An added benefit of the non-agency method is that of a Guaranteed Maximum Price which involves the guarantee of the overall project cost.
